End of 2008

Here goes another year... 365 days of memories... year 2008..
Its all coming to end now.. still left few more days before the reset of the counter to 1/1/09. Hmm.. but im still not feeling good.. ive been on terrible fever, sore throat and cold for the past 2 weeks.. i couldnt able to smell and taste anything.. as if my tounge and nose are dead.. arghhh terrible... yesterday i went to the clinic for the 3rd time now... kind of first experience.. going to the clinic for 3 consecutive time for fever which is something never happened or i experienced. I wish i could get better before the new year.. well not for celebrating the new year.. "I DONT WANT to lay in the bed taking medicines on the new year." its a very bad omen to be think of..

Other then that.. im going towards a healthier lifestyle with the aim of reducing my weight.. yes.. ive been going thru the process of painfully rejecting all my favourite foods now for a week... reducing rice... reducing milk... reducing chicken.. eggs... you name it... going for de capati for the past a week.. welll it is something very painfull.. but i feel glad.. im determined to a full recovery of my body tone... a slimmer... nicer... and attractive me... oh well... hoping for that !

I do understand the consequences... my mom keep nagging to me that suddent stop of all this foods may impact my health.. especially since i stopped taking any sea based products over 12 years ago... yea i know.. but tying to balance my diet with the enough energy... i wish i could tone down as much as 5 kg before thaipusam.. which is on the 8th of February next year... I wish.. !

Well ok now... time to get back to my work... im at the office now and things are pilled up here..
